Your files
Videos, GIFs and images you open in GifKiln are processed entirely in your browser by FFmpeg running in WebAssembly. They are never sent to our servers or anyone else, and results exist only in your browser's memory until you download them or close the tab.
Hosting logs
Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and reliability. These never include your files.
Advertising and cookies
We may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Where required by law, you will be asked for consent first. Ads never receive your files.
Children
GifKiln is a general-audience tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
